Do I need to be crafty to be successful with my project?
Absolutely not! Our projects are self-guided, but our knowledgeable staff will help you as much as needed to ensure you walk away with a project you love!

Do I have to reserve my project ahead of time?
Yes. Reservations are required for all classes and events. This ensures we will have space for you, along with having all of your project materials ready to go when you arrive.

Do you sell gift cards?
Not at this time. If you purchased gift cards from our retail store, they may be redeemed through 5/31/23 by contacting us directly.

Can I bring my own alcohol or beverages to events?
It is up to the each host to set the rules on bringing alcoholic beverages onto their premises. Please contact them ahead of your class/event for permission.  

Can I bring my own snacks or food?
It is up to the each host to set the rules on bringing food onto their premises. Please contact them ahead of your class/event for permission. Your food may not take up space outside of your own work space.

Are there any risks involved with your projects?
We use a variety of tools and materials, so some precautions need to be taken.  If you have a condition that will increase your likelihood of experiencing injuries or breathing issues, please alert us ahead of time and we can discuss proper modifications. We also recommend you wear clothing that is not of value to you since we are dealing with products that can damage or stain the material.  

Does CraftWorx offer refunds?
CraftWorx reserves the right to cancel a class/event if there are not enough sign-ups within 48 hours of scheduled event time. If a class/event is cancelled by CraftWorx, attendees will receive a full refund. All customer cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to partial forfeiture of class fee to cover cost of non-returnable materials purchased prior to a class/event. Cancellations made within 48 hours are not refundable, but funds may be used towards a future class/event at CraftWorx's discretion.

Project Change Request: All customization requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance so that we may prepare your project materials accordingly. If you would like to make changes after the 48 hour mark, we would be happy to do so for a $10 change fee (paid at the time of the request.) 

Photo Release: We want to show off your amazing creativity! We welcome you to tag us in your own personal photos using the hashtag #craftworxusa, encourage you to post reviews on Google and Facebook, and even share your project photos on our Instagram and Facebook feeds!!! Maybe we will even feature some of your photos on our website or other advertising! By tagging CraftWorx, you consent to use of your photos. 

If you would prefer not to share your photo, simply just post your own photos on your private pages, or opt out of any photo taking while at the studio. It’s your privacy, and your choice! 

Safety Waiver: I understand that I will be using a variety of tools and materials while creating with CraftWorx. I agree to be responsible for any damage to tools, equipment, the space, etc, to the extent that I caused the damage. I also understand that there may be certain risks when creating projects with CraftWorx and that I agree to follow all CraftWorx policies, rules and directions; whether provided in writing or verbally instructed. I assume full responsibility for all of my personal belongings and for any personal injury I may sustain. 

I further agree to release CraftWorx for any injury, loss or damage that may arise out of my participation in creating projects or my presence with CraftWorx, whether caused by me or any third party.

I agree to indemnify and defend CraftWorx against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses including reasonable attorney’s fees and other litigation costs which may in any way arise from my participation or presence with CraftWorx.

BY BOOKING A CLASS/EVENT WITH CRAFTWORX, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND OUR POLICIES, INCLUDING THE SAFETY WAIVER. YOU ALSO AGREE THAT BY ACCEPTING THESE POLICIES, THAT YOU VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS THAT YOU MIGHT OTHERWISE HAVE.
